Ingredients: roasted moringa leaves
Bring cool, filtered or spring water to a rolling boil.
Pour 12-16 oz of water over 1 tea bag
or use 2-3 tea bags per tea pot (up to approximately one gallon).
Steep at least 5 to 10 minutes before serving.
Adjust water amount, steep time and add-ins as desired.
*Not recommended for kombucha or fermenting, but tea leaves are edible and/or compostable after steeping
